Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DEYSIGNS Digital Solutions (“DEYSIGNS”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit deysigns.com, ask us for a quote or talk to our chat assistant, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, email us at [email protected].

Information you give us

When you request a quote, send a question through the chat assistant or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
  • the service you are interested in, your project details, timeline and any package you picked;
  • anything else you write to us, including by email, phone, WhatsApp or live chat.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical details sent with a request: your IP address, the approximate country it comes from, and your browser’s user agent (the type of browser and device).
  • How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm parameters and the Google and Meta ad click IDs, gclid and fbclid). These are kept in your browser’s storage until you send a request, so we can tell which ads and pages bring enquiries.
  • Advertising and analytics tags: see “Cookies and similar technologies” below.

How we use your information

  • to reply to your request, prepare your quote and design mockup, and provide the services you order;
  • to follow up about your project and, if you subscribed, to send our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries and to improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people likely to be interested;
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
  • to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms): the Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and records page views and quote requests. When you send a request, our server also tells Meta about it, with your email address in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address, browser details and those cookies, so Meta can match the request to an ad you saw and count it once. Meta’s use of this data is covered by its own privacy policy. You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google): when we use them, they set cookies to count visits and to measure enquiries from Google ads. You can opt out with Google’s Ads Settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Live chat (tawk.to): only if you ask to talk to a person in the chat, the tawk.to chat loads and may set its own cookies. Nothing from tawk.to loads before you ask.
  • Our own storage in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, your chat conversation while the tab is open, and the campaign details described above. None of this is sent anywhere unless you send us a request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who handle information for us under their own security and privacy commitments:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the requests you send;
  • Resend delivers the emails that notify us of your request;
  • Google (Gmail and Google Workspace tools) holds the emails we exchange with you;
  • Meta and Google for advertising measurement, as described above;
  • tawk.to for live chat, if you use it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

International transfers

Our team and our providers may be in countries other than yours, including the United States, Canada and Pakistan. Wherever your information is handled, we protect it as this policy describes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver and support your project, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted when we no longer need them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:

  • California and other US states: the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” it for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of ad-related sharing, email us or use the ad settings and opt-outs described above. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
  • Canada: under PIPEDA you can access and correct your information and withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits.
  • European Union and United Kingdom: we rely on your request (to answer you and provide services), our legitimate interest (to run and improve our business and advertising), and your consent where the law requires it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we will reply within the time the law sets.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the requests you send is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
